This year the Downtown Tacoma Partnership celebrated the 7th annual Holiday Haul Crawl. 

From November 29th – December 10th, Downtown Tacoma was bustling with the holiday spirit as fun and festive happenings took place each day ranging from free holiday photos at The Pantages to holiday workshops, block parties, pop-up performances, local shopping specials and more.

We were thrilled to see and hear from many of you that the Haul Crawl has become a tradition in households both near and far; from families who traveled from hours away to snap photos in our downtown snow globe photo booth, to friends who take in the sights during free carriage rides through the Theater District, and people who now live out of state but fly home to celebrate Haul Crawl each December. 

This year we introduced hundreds of Haul Crawl Bucks into the community to spend at participating retailers during the 12 Days of Haul Crawl. We were so happy to see these used at downtown boutiques, coffee shops and more as you shopped local and supported small businesses throughout the holiday season. 

And although the 12 Days of Haul Crawl came and went in a flash, we already are thinking about and looking forward to next December when we will celebrate the 8th annual Holiday Haul Crawl where you can count on exciting holiday happenings to take place in Downtown Tacoma while creating new traditions or keeping treasured ones alive.
