Downtown Tacoma Partnership is thrilled to have Court House Square as one of this year’s sponsors for our free summer concert series, Sound Bites!

Court House Square was originally built downtown in 1910 and was Tacoma’s very first federal building. Today, Court House Square is home to a post office, dozens of small businesses, two restaurants, a coffee shop, co-working space, a significantly historic courtroom, and two stunning 2,000 square foot event venues.

Stop by and visit Court House Square to enjoy dining at:

  • enRama: A warm and cozy eatery serving homestyle Italian fare along with cocktails,  great wines and more  in their historic wood-clad environment.
  • Outpost Sandwiches: Made to order gourmet sandwiches and salads located on the ground floor of Court House Square.
  • Infinite Soups: Cruise by to grab a cup or bowl of incredible, savory soup to go with your sandwich from Outpost Kitchen!
  • Lift Bridge Coffee: Your one stop shop for a great caffeinated beverage, pastry, and cafe pick me ups.

You can also find various retail spaces, tattoo studios, hair and beauty services, and more located throughout their five stories filled with a variety of  small businesses. If you’re looking for a great place to rent an office space, Court House Square also offers unique and affordable options for you to explore.

Event spaces are available to reserve and include their beautiful ballroom and spacious gallery, along with their historic federal courtroom and chambers.

Visit Court House Square at 1102 A Street. You can learn more about this iconic establishment in Downtown Tacoma  by visiting their website or by reaching out to their director, Jessica Johnston, to discuss your event space needs and more!

Don’t forget to celebrate summer at Sound Bites, taking place at 8th & Pacific Avenue from 5-8pm each Wednesday throughout the month of August to enjoy live music, market vendors, a 21+ cocktail garden, rotating food trucks and great company for all ages.
