It’s Tacoma Beer Week and local beer lovers are in luck because Downtown Tacoma has no shortage of great craft breweries. Tacoma Beer Week runs from August 6th – 14th and celebrates Tacoma’s rich beer brewing history.

7 Seas Brewing: Visit this fan favorite award-winning brewery located in Downtown Tacoma’s Historic Brewing District to enjoy 7 Sea’s independent local craft beer taproom and production facility. 7 Seas also recently brought back Heidleberg, an iconic Northwest beer brand which dates back to the early 1900’s and was brewed right here in Downtown Tacoma.
Camp Colvos Brewing: Stop by Camp Colvos in downtown’s Brewery Blocks for some of their great craft beers and fresh handmade pizzas.
Dystopian State: Kick back with a cold handcrafted beer at Dystopian State where you can enjoy brews from their eighteen taps. Don’t forget to bring your friends and family to gather around one of their many board games available for patrons to play.
Black Fleet Brewing: Stop by Black Fleet Brewing to enjoy their great locally crafted brews, sodas, and bites from this female-owned and operated brewery. Black Fleet’s casual taproom is family-friendly until 9pm when it transitions into a 21+ atmosphere.
McMenamin’s Elks Temple: Take a trip to McMenamins Brewery Tasting Room & Bottle Shop to shop and taste their many beers on tap, including their own ales and ciders in addition to other brews from around the region. Don’t forget to stop by Tuesdays for game nights from 6-9pm.
